The first batch of students participating in an educational trip to Kenya, organized by the National Conference of Principals of Colleges of Education, Ghana (PRINCOF) in collaboration with Learning for Humanity Inc. (L4H), departed from Ghana on October 26, 2026for a week-long educational visit.
The delegation comprises 44 students and four chaperones, who will participate in the educational trip aimed at broadening students’ academic perspectives, promoting cross-cultural learning, and strengthening educational cooperation between Ghana and Kenya.
Before their departure, the President of PRINCOF, Prof. Atintono, delivered a farewell message to the students and their accompanying chaperones. He encouraged the participants to make the most of the opportunity, uphold the values of their respective institutions, and serve as worthy ambassadors of Ghana throughout their stay in Kenya.
The trip forms part of ongoing efforts to deepen the collaboration between PRINCOF and L4H, with a shared commitment to advancing educational opportunities, fostering international partnerships, and exposing students to diverse educational experiences beyond their home country.
Through this initiative, the participating students are expected to gain valuable insights, engage in meaningful learning experiences, and develop a broader understanding of educational practices and cultural diversity. The experience is also expected to contribute to the development of globally minded future educators who can bring fresh perspectives and knowledge to their respective Colleges of Education.
The departure of the first batch marks an important milestone in the collaborative efforts of PRINCOF and L4H to promote international educational engagement and student development.
The students safely arrived in Kenya on 27th October 2026 and have since begun their educational activities. The team is expected to travel back to Ghana on 1st November, 2026.
